SCARF - Scandinavian Art Fair - is Scandinavias first online art exhibition. With 30 of the region’s best galleries participating, SCARF gives unique access to top contemporary art.

Galleries will present 12 artworks each, enabling SCARF visitors to purchase art during a 10 day exhibition. In fact, art lovers can browse galleries and artworks, read and take in facts before making their purchases or making an offer for an artwork.

When an offer is made for an artwork the gallery can choose to accept or reject the offer within 48 hours. Several offers can be made to an artwork and each offer is valid for 48 hours. It is always possible to override an offer and buy the artwork at the full price.

SCARF is targeting a growing audience that wishes to buy art over the Internet. The idea behind SCARF is to present high quality art to new and seasoned collectors who prefer to look at art in private. SCARF will make it possible to sit at home on the couch while visiting Scandinavias leading art galleries online.

SCARF opens on Friday 26 April at 6 pm CET and closes on Sunday 5 May at 6 pm CET.
